**How to navigate the Dashboard**
---------------------------------------------------------

1. Once on the Dashboard, displayed should be:
    - Purchases
    - Purchase Costs
    - Requisitions
    - Requisition Costs
    - Previous Month Closed
    - Purchases Graph
    - Requisitions Graph
2. In the right hand corner, if the three dots are clicked
    - Previous Month (Shows the purchases and requisitions for the previous Month)
    - Next Month (Shows the purchases and requisitions for the next Month)  
    - Select Month (Manually select whatever date, month and year needed)   
    - Refresh (Click to refresh the page)
